Degreed strengthens its ecosystem of partners to deliver skills insights

Degreed announced 6 new partnerships and continued collaboration with SAP and Workday to make it easier for joint customers to implement data-powered learning and talent development strategies

Pleasanton, CA — June 3, 2024: Degreed, the enterprise learning platform, announces six new partnerships alongside product developments with SAP and Workday to strengthen skills insights across connected HR, talent, and learning processes. Partnership developments include two-way skills integrations under development with SAP Talent Intelligence Hub as well as Workday, plus new agreements with talent marketplace and learning content partners.

Degreed was chosen to be one of four early adopters to access the SAP Talent Intelligence Hub with a plan to build a bilateral skill integration that increases the fidelity, accuracy, and timeliness of data flowing between the two platforms. Degreed has also made substantial progress with Workday to release a bilateral skills integration in 2024 to provide joint customers with richer and deeper skills insights across HR and learning.

Degreed also entered into six new commercial partnerships, with edX for Business, Sustainability Unlocked, Konviva, BetterUp, Fuel50, and Skillable to offer customers easy access to mission-critical content and development tools. Degreed’s partnership with Skillable provides virtual lab environments as experiential learning opportunities within the Degreed platform in its future roadmap.

To improve workforce agility and internal mobility opportunities, Degreed also integrates with Eightfold, Fuel50, Gloat and Phenom, offering more relevant marketplace opportunities to individuals in each platform.

Nag Chandrashekar, Chief Product and Platform Officer at Degreed, said, “Our customers want to use skills data across talent processes and systems for greater insights into skill demand and supply and workforce readiness. The latest developments with Degreed’s partnerships strengthen the growing skills ecosystem and highlight our commitment to delivering integrations that enable the skills-first transformation happening across organizations.”
