Pleasanton, CA (9th Dec 2022) – Degreed, the learning platform relied on by millions of employees, has been named a winner of the 2022 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Learning.

This award recognizes Degreed’s development of a new way to craft learning experiences that not only engage employees with learning opportunities that are relevant to their interests and goals, but also aligns learning to business needs.

Cargill has reduced its L&D delivery times by 75%, cutting the time from identifying a new learning need, to putting solutions in the hands of its workforce, from 40 weeks to six.
