Salt Lake City, UT, January 28, 2025 – Degreed, the global learning platform for workforce learning and skills development, is pleased to announce the appointment of Susie Lee as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) in Residence. In this role, Lee will advise Degreed customers and prospects and influence change in the industry.

Since joining Degreed in 2016, Lee has played a key leadership role in propelling Degreed’s success and strengthening customer relationships globally. In her most recent role as SVP & Client Innovation Officer, she acted as a strategic advisor to Fortune 100 clients and oversaw Executive Advocacy programs including the Client Advisory Board, The Shift Community, and cross-functional strategic programs.

Lee is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges and opportunities of Degreed customers, and has a proven track record of leading workforce transformation. Prior to joining Degreed, she served as Head of Global L&D Technology Product Management & Initiatives at Bank of America, driving a learning transformation that introduced the Degreed learning experience platform to over 300,000 employees.
